Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid critic of films that are Z-graded typically in the martial arts or horror types. Her style and approach is similar to The Cinema Snob. However she is more inclined to watch silly action films and has a fascination with the morbid. The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009 and, after garnering some notoriety through the forums (under the old name Obscurus Lupa) she became a member of the Channel Awesome family. In early 2015, she stayed on the channel while Obscurus Lupa Presents changed to Movie Nights. The presenter hosts two podcasts. One focused on the Charmed series and the second one co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Here and here you can watch her video. There are also her videos on Twitter and Tumblr. You can't have enough Allison? Ninja the Mission Force shows her on the move playing Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! Also, she appeared. Brad Jones has had her guest star on some episodes of his show Midnight Screenings. She reviews terrible films for children or RiffTrax shows, as well sometimes adult-oriented films (including Baywatch (2017)). Then, in the latter half of 2009, she started to review movies, which gained her acclaim on the Channel Awesome forums. She joined the group of film critics. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She has appeared in numerous episodes on Nostalgia Critic and was a one of the original members of the family that Channel Awesome had together with Doug Walker.
