Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP and her family in Orange County California. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my parents and brother at the age of one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of dedication and hard work it is likely that I would not be here sharing my story. Given the chance to live the best life possible I wanted to try my best to please them and determined to achieve my goals. I believed my life would be a certain way: graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin with a family. My goal was to go to college after graduation, and then find an executive job. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and then have children. But life had different plans. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with others led me to find my new calling as an instructor. My business was founded in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its 7th anniversary in this calendar year. There are a few Asian women in the industry. My goal is to be a change maker within the field to offer quality coaching to empower individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. Also, I'm dedicated to empowering others so they can achieve their goals, follow their dreams and live the life of your dreams. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced the biggest loss in my life, my mother's passing away. To be in Heaven she now rests after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her every day. The universe has a way with giving us precisely what we require, even if we are unable to grasp the lessons at this moment. My mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. It was a true blessing. I was given a second chance to live my the next stage of my life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance for me to have my second chance of living a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware I truly feel like I'm living my life today rather than merely living as I did in the past. My life is shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories and words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is vital as is regular. Health is the best riches. Because death is all we have in life I want you to enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
